# Center Ice Dreams

If you ever told me that I would be spending a Sunday afternoon performing at the United Center with one of my star students, I probably would have laughed you out of the room. But this week, that impossible dream became a reality.

I am absolutely bursting with excitement to share that I had the honor of performing at the Chicago Blackhawks game this past Sunday, March 10th.

Leading up to the big day was a blur of pre-performance jitters and pure thrill. The energy in the week leading up to the game was intense. The phrase "practice makes perfect" took on a whole new meaning. We spent countless hours dialing in our set list, trying to ensure every harmony was just right before performing at such a massive venue. With 24 hours to go, I could hardly contain myself:

> *"In a little over 24 hours we will be taking the stage at the United Center! Been practicing our set list for the Hawks game... I’m beyond thrilled for this opportunity!!!"*

As exciting as it was to perform at the legendary Madhouse on Madison, what made this experience truly unforgettable was who I got to share the stage with. I was performing alongside one of my most talented students, Bella!

Watching a student grow is always rewarding, but getting to share a professional stage of this magnitude with her was a moment I will cherish forever.

When I look back at how I felt right before we went on, the only way to describe it was pure adrenaline and excitement. It was an incredible, overwhelming, and life-changing opportunity.

Thank you to the Chicago Blackhawks organization for having us, to everyone who showed up to cheer us on, and to Bella for being such a rockstar.
